This picture is a closeup of Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. I still can't imagine anyone going down the falls in a barrel and surviving.

Boise, ID is a compact city with a large interest in art. There is public art everywhere, even on the sides of buildings.

In 1969 I attended a school on a ship, called the Semester at Sea. I went to Europe, Africa and South America. This is a picture of when I went to Greece and saw the Acropolis. I was surprised to see that it was in the middle of the city, I was expecting to see the Acropolis far from from it.

When I was in Buffalo, NY I went to Niagara Falls, not knowing what to expect. So, I decided to take a different perspective on the Falls and took a ride in a helicopter, it was an amazing experience.

This view is from the top of the Villa De Este in Rome, Italy. I put this filter on it, cropped it and then placed a Polaroid transfer border on it. The result helps to bring back the old feeling of the Villa.

South Beach in Miami, FL has great Art Deco architecture. The colors & patterns are on every building, each different and more colorful than the last.

I have been actively involved in art and photography for over thirty years. I was born and raised in San Diego, CA and attended the University of California in Santa Barbara where I studied printmaking and Art History. During my semester at Sea I studied art throughout Europe, Africa and South America. I also hold a teaching credential. I began working in art galleries at 16 and started my own business in 1971 as an art consultant. I have been a photographer for over 25 years and am very enthusiastic about experiementing with techniques such as hand coloring, polaroid transfers and digital manipulation.
